We expect to have a finalized version of the new website complete by the end of this month. Thanks for sticking with us as we've been doing our best to revise and update Culture-Cast.org to deliver the best content possible. There are just three (most often two) of us working on this site, and we could really use some community effort!
It's been busy for the past few days, but we've posted a new entry to the blogcast blogcast.culture-cast.org that foreshadows a coming segment on the podcast. The CIA and FBI have accumulated a vast number of offenses against the American public in the past several weeks; however, for some reason, although these stories have been on the wire, they haven't been much in the news. This segment details a couple of the more sordid stories, so be sure to listen in. Also featured will be a further discussion of the unhealthy obsession with athletics in our culture. You may not be surprised by some of the contents, but you'll definitely rethink the so-called "character-building" nonsense that may have once been true.

A new entry has just been posted to the BlogCast. The post discusses the recent discovery that the God Squad is now spreading the gospel through the popular console game Halo. Among other interesting questions, it asks, "what better way to impart the bloody and violent legacy of Christianity-as-practiced as opposed to Christianity-as-Christlike-behavior?"

Site Version 2.0b Rollout

The newest version of the site is in the final phases of adoption. We would like your feedback concerning the appearance and content updates. Some of the biggest changes include updates to navigation (CSS menus - more accessible). Thanks for staying with us as we've continued to update and revise the site moving toward this final release.
